This 3hr event will start off with the energy power of the Gong as SunDance Robson and Karen Maynard of Sacred Compass Healing lead you through ceremony and sound healing with a gong bath meditation. Awaken yourself to the healing sound vibrations of the gongs and allow the sound and vibrational frequency to improve ones health and emotional state.
Following the Gong bath you will delve into your creative side.
With the use of sound isolating headsets you will be led through a guided chakra inspired paint session with live DJ. Kayleigh Manastyrski is a yoga instructor and has a Fine Art Degree from the University of Regina as well she is an educator with Regina Public schools. Follow along with a step by step guide to create a chakra inspired painting or follow your own creative calling expressing your own intentions on the canvas. All instruction and audio will be transmitted through wireless headsets to allow you to fully immerse yourself with melodic sounds from DJ ZenVibez. (1 hour. Canvas, paint supplies and headsets will be supplied)
Then flowing into Sound Off intuitive movement and ecstatic dance.
This session is a yoga inspired guided movement session led by JayZen Yoga. In this session we will flow through gentle intuitive movements to find expression and openness in our minds and bodies unlocking our inner child through play and creativity. Taking back and harnessing our true power to feel open and confident as we flow with the sensual sounds of music and vibration bring into our bodies more fulfillment and greater enlightenment. During this session we will be incorporating a drumming and didgeridoo experience by Buzzroc and Lady Buzzrock. (45 minutes. All levels and mobility welcome. No experience necessary)
