Join Zenhouse Productions for “Silent-disco Yoga” In The Park. Classes will be led by cetified yoga instrucors and accomanied by a live DJ.
This yoga class will be a gentle warming flow accomanied by a specially curated playlist to help move you into a deeper connection with yourself and those around you!
Dress in layer for the weather! Bring warm socks a blanket, and any other props needed to enhance your park yoga exerience
All audio will be transmitted through wireless headsets to allow for proper social distancing requirements without hindering ones experience and ability to hear all voice and music audio. You will recieve your own soundoff headset for this yoga experience.
Located in Les Sherman Park, Parking can be found at 15th ave and King St walk east towards Queen St to find class location.
